Collection: 7 & 8 String Kits

7 & 8 String Kits - for when you want to rock out with a little extra - or a lot!

Find 7 and 8 string guitar kits for heavier tunings, extended-range playing, and custom builds that go beyond standard electric guitar formats. These kits suit players who want tighter low-end response, more note range, and a platform for modern metal, progressive, and experimental styles.

Extended-range kits are ideal for builders chasing lower tunings without sacrificing clarity, intonation, or string separation. Pair your build with suitable pickups, hardware, and setup tools, and consider matching the kit with content that explains scale length, tuning stability, and string choice for heavier styles
