Collection: Odd Scale Gear

Looking for extended-scale guitar kits beyond the standard 25.5" or 24.75"? Our odd scale gear collection features DIY guitar kits and replacement necks in 27" and 30" scale lengths—perfect for baritone builds, drop tunings, and players who want tighter string tension without going up a gauge.

Extended-scale guitars deliver better intonation in low tunings, reduced fret buzz, and a more focused tone in the lower register. Whether you're building a baritone guitar for B standard tuning, a 7-string conversion, or a custom offset for heavy riffs, these longer-scale kits and necks give you the foundation you need.
