Who we are, and what you can expect
We are a small team in Bayswater, Western Australia, and we have been shipping kits since 2012 - to Australia, the USA, the UK, Europe, Scandinavia, New Zealand, South Africa and South America. Between us there is a lifetime of playing, recording and pulling guitars apart, and many of the more unusual kits in our catalogue exist because someone on our Community Forum asked for them.
Every kit is checked before it ships. If we find a flaw, or the stock count is wrong, we contact you to sort it out rather than sending it anyway.
You are supported for the whole build. A complete instruction manual, a quick start guide, wiring diagrams for more than fifty different kits, and a library of step by step videos covering finishing, soldering, hardware, assembly and setup.
There is a community behind it. Our Community Forum is where builders keep build diaries, ask for help and show off the result. Every month one of them wins Guitar of the Month.
A 30 day Rock Solid Guarantee. If a kit is not what you expected, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we will arrange a refund or a replacement.
Straight talk about what you are buying. These are raw, unfinished kits from a production factory, not flat-pack furniture. Expect to sand, fill, finish and set up your instrument, and expect the odd blemish to deal with along the way. That is the craft, and it is why the result is worth playing.
