The HDN (High Definition Neodymium) uses, as its name implies, neodymium magnetics. Neodymium creates an extremely powerful flux field making the HDN ultra 'hot'. Unlike many humbuckers using more conventional technology the HDN has note definition, crunch and tone to die for. Expect glass shattering highs, HOT mids and sledgehammer lows! Before you buy

These are raw, unfinished kits from a production factory, not flat-pack furniture. Expect to sand, fill and finish your instrument yourself, and expect the occasional scratch, dent or glue spot to deal with along the way. That is the craft, and it is why the result is worth playing.

Do a mock build before you sand or paint anything. We cannot accept returns on kits that have been part-assembled, painted or stained.

New to building? Start with an ST or TL kit, where much of the wiring is already done at the factory. We would not recommend a hollow body for a first build.
