PBG-BN4R Maple Neck w/Rosewood Fretboard for JB and PB Style Kits

SKU:PBG-BN4R

This is a Maple Neck (bolt on) with Rosewood Fingerboard to suit any PB and JB style kits. It has 20 frets and a blank "Paddle" style headstock. Machine head holes are drilled at 10mm. If adding as an upgrade to a kit, allow an extra day for delivery so that your neck can be matched to the body of your guitar. Note, these necks are made to industry standard dimensions, however and replacement part should come with the expectation of some slight shimming or sanding to get it to sit snugly.

Before you buy

These are raw, unfinished kits from a production factory, not flat-pack furniture. Expect to sand, fill and finish your instrument yourself, and expect the occasional scratch, dent or glue spot to deal with along the way. That is the craft, and it is why the result is worth playing.

Do a mock build before you sand or paint anything. We cannot accept returns on kits that have been part-assembled, painted or stained.

New to building? Start with an ST or TL kit, where much of the wiring is already done at the factory. We would not recommend a hollow body for a first build.

Build support

You are not on your own once the box arrives. Every kit is backed by our complete instruction manual, a quick start guide, wiring diagrams for more than fifty different kits, and step-by-step videos covering finishing, soldering, hardware, assembly and setup.
