Our Forum Members asked for a TL style Bass kit and we delivered. This kit has a Basswood body and 34" scale maple neck with a rosewood fretboard (not maple as shown in the photos). The body has no pickup routing and no pickup is included The maple neck has a 12" radius and is C Profile, with dot inlays and unshaped, undrilled extra-large paddle headstock. Before you buy

These are raw, unfinished kits from a production factory, not flat-pack furniture. Expect to sand, fill and finish your instrument yourself, and expect the occasional scratch, dent or glue spot to deal with along the way. That is the craft, and it is why the result is worth playing.

Do a mock build before you sand or paint anything. We cannot accept returns on kits that have been part-assembled, painted or stained.

New to building? Start with an ST or TL kit, where much of the wiring is already done at the factory. We would not recommend a hollow body for a first build.
